The first weeks of enrollment will be open to current and past Preschool families and church members. Open Registration begins two weeks later. Parents will be notified of the dates for registration in advance. All applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once a class fills, a waiting list will be established and parents will be contacted if space becomes available.

Children who are 2 years old up to Kindergarten age are eligible to enroll in the CCS Preschool. CCS admits children regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, or religion. Children with special needs will be accepted on the approval of the Administration and Preschool Board. (This is to ensure that we can provide the resources and facilities to meet each child's needs).

A current immunization/health form is required annually. You will need to download this form directly from the Virginia Department of Health website. It is state law that your child may not attend class until his/her health form is completely filled out, signed, and on file at school or a waiver from the Virginia Department of Education.

If this is your child's first year at Calvary Christian Preschool, please bring his or her original birth certificate for viewing when registering, and we will make a copy for their file.

The following documentation must be presented for each child:

• Annual Registration Form
• Virginia School Entrance Health Form and Immunizatons
• An original birth certificate
• Decision to Administer Medication
• Court orders or documents affecting children
