Applications are dated when received and are organized according to grade.

Waiting lists will be considered as follows:

Calvary Baptist Church members

Families who already have children enrolled

Others on a first come basis

Applications are examined by the principal and/or by the appropriate coordinator. Any questions about the student's records, grades, behavior, etc. are addressed, if necessary, and an interview with the parents may be requested. Students must accompany parents for this interview.

Application acceptance or rejection will be in the form of written notification. All students accepted will have a probationary period of at least one month to be sure they are able to adjust to the classroom setting and curriculum requirements. CCS is not equipped nor does it have the expertise to meet all the needs of students with learning disabilities or special learning requirements. Decisions about admission of students with learning disabilities or IEPs will be on an individual basis.

CCS will consider acceptance of applicants that are suspended from another school on an individual basis.
